Hi, Actually, I just fell off my sofa, twisted my ankle and pulled my back. That was back several months ago. My back kept getting worse, and it got to the point where I couldn't walk even twenty feet. The injury happened at the end of March. Now, however, I am already much better, though weak from all those months of being an enforced couch potato. I imagine it will be several months before I totally recuperate, but the surgery was definitely worth it. As an added plus, my daughter Alyssa got to come home from Iraq to help me while I was in the hospital and during my first couple of weeks home.
