Some sicko in St. Paul, MN abuducted a girl's pet Aussie mix shepherd, cut off the dog's head, then sent it back to the girl wrapped like a gift with a Valentine's Day Heart inside the package.  Hopefully the knife slipped while the doer was working over the dog and now the prick can't breed....Too bad it didn't slip a little further and nicked the femoral and saved the girl from having to find her pet like that.

The police believe the monster that did it was someone who knows the girl's family.  I hope the girl and her family are keeping their doors and windows locked.  And the monster gets caught soon.
