Some troll stole a family's 9 month old puppy and set the pup on fire. 

"Thursday night I was in there watching TV," explained Mike Winton.  "I heard my wife and kids screaming outside.  The dog was running up the street on fire."

Their nine-month-old puppy had burns all over his body.

The Wintons are hopeful their petfriend will heal completely, and get his appetite back.  Due to the pain the puppy is in, he hasn't wanted to eat much.

Troll beasts really need to understand their behavior isn't funny or a joke; it is just plain sadistic....however, I really doubt someone who lights a dog on fire really cares about the pain of anyone else.
