Just a few acres, near or on water, with no deed restrictions (we want to keep our mini horses), and as far away from big roads as possible.  Doesn't have to have a home on it, but if it does, I would prefer a small home.  Prefer owner financing.  Realtors welcome to call; if we don't have this place sold, maybe a trade deal can be worked out.  (With over 450 feet of Highway 35 frontage, this place should be sold as commerical real estate, not for a home.)

which is why I haven't been posting.  I am also trying to get this place together so we can sell it.  Ron and I have always planned on selling once all the girls left home, and Alyssa leaves on Sunday.  Time for us to move away from here, to a smaller home.

I saw United 93 in a nearly empty theatre yesterday with my husband and my youngest daughter.  It was a matinee on a weekday, which probably had something to do with the low turnout (it is a huge cinema, and very few cars were in front when we drove up).

I can't describe the movie; it was too real to me.  It was like reliving that day all over again, with Ron running in the bedroom and waking me up and saying, "someone is killing us!  They attacked New York.  Look at the TV!  They are killing us!" and getting up just in time to see the second tower hit.

He reminded me about how it went before we saw the movie.  He knows that my problems cause my memories to sometimes slip right through my brain and not catch.  But I remember.

My daughter was much younger.  She ships out in a few days, to her boot camp.  It was good for her to see this movie.  To remember why she goes, what she stands for, who she fights for.  She is 18, and I want to sheild her from everything that is bad in the world.  But that isn't possible.
