I posted a story about Dr. Raymond Harris refusing to do spays and neuters at BARC due to "stress".  This was causing animals to not be available to adoption and thus being put down.  Because the link is a month old, it goes to the Houston Chronicle archives where the Houston Chronicle tries to charge about $5 for a day pass.  As a result, I removed the article.
