As reported on Fark.com, KSL News is reporting that Provo, Utah has changed a pet restriction law that allowed people to own up to two dogs or two cats, but not one of each.
I think they ought to consider not only changing the species wording of it, but the number of pets allowed. I can see limiting people to two huge dogs, but two toy dogs? Or just two cats? Of course, that is within city limits. I don't think I could ever live in town again. Much too restrictive.
