I believe this photo dates from 1994.  Christine is in the front row and Jessica is directly behind her (she was sort of hiding, like usual). 

This was the Brazoria County District Team, with all age levels, Sub-Junior, Junior, and Senior levels participating.  Christine competed as a Sub-Junior and Jessica as a Junior.
